• Cone Penetration: Assessment of material consistency and resistance to penetration, where applicable to the product.

• Distillation of Cutback Asphalt: Evaluation of the volatile fractions and residual binder in cutback asphalt.

• Dropping Point: Determination of the temperature at which applicable materials exhibit a drop under specified test conditions.

• Electrical Conductivity: Measurement of electrical conductivity where required by the product specification.

• Flash Point: Determination of the temperature at which vapors ignite momentarily under specified test conditions, supporting handling and storage assessments.

• Mercaptan Sulfur: Measurement of mercaptan sulfur content in applicable petroleum-based products.

• Saybolt Viscosity: Evaluation of flow characteristics at a specified temperature.

• Softening Point of Bitumen: Assessment of the temperature at which bitumen reaches a defined degree of softening under standard test conditions.

• Solubility in Trichloroethylene: Evaluation of the soluble portion of bituminous materials and determination of insoluble matter.
